Q941F電動(dòng)O型球閥是常見的開關(guān)型控制關(guān)斷閥，即工作方式為全開或全關(guān)的兩位式狀態(tài)，由于球閥閥芯采用O型結(jié)構(gòu)，顧被稱為電動(dòng)O型切斷球閥。電動(dòng)開關(guān)球閥只需通入220VAC電源即可完成開關(guān)動(dòng)作，特別適用于各種壓差大等快速開關(guān)、切斷的管道當(dāng)中。

1.唇形設(shè)計(jì)

想要讓密封材料像橡膠一樣，受壓時(shí)可以發(fā)生較大的變形，來填補(bǔ)金屬表面的微觀不平度，而當(dāng)應(yīng)力消除后又能恢復(fù)其原來的形狀，這種現(xiàn)象被稱為材料的“記憶特性”所以我們的目的，就是要設(shè)計(jì)一種密封座的形狀，克服PTFE的“冷流”和熱膨脹特性的缺陷來改善其記憶特性。這種密封結(jié)構(gòu)稱之為具有撓性的唇式密封技術(shù)。

2.雙層密封結(jié)構(gòu)

由于閥座是唇形設(shè)計(jì)，在初始密封時(shí)是下點(diǎn)密封，當(dāng)壓力升高閥座唇形位置變形，形成兩點(diǎn)密封，使密封性能更加可靠。

3.背壓變形結(jié)構(gòu)

閥座背面有一定的弧度來減小直角變形的缺點(diǎn)，同時(shí)使唇形閥座具有優(yōu)良的彈性性能。

4.外形變形結(jié)構(gòu)

閥座外圓上作出一定的弧度角，用來防止唇形閥座變形帶來的擠壓應(yīng)力過大。

4. Shape deformation structure The radian angle on the seat mainly avoid the higher extrusion stress occurred because of the deformation of the lip shape seal seat.
